The Rejuvenation Lounge started simply because I had the intuitive urge to write a book. Had no idea whether I could write or if I had anything worthy to write about but the urge was there bubbling away in my belly waiting to be birthed.
I started the blog to explore my writing. Give myself a written voice. It changed, grew and evolved from there. I feel in love with words. I've yet to write a book but am very close. In the meantime I have a gorgeous community of loyal readers and tens of thousands of visitors each week who from time to time send me amazing emails of appreciation.

I keep my energy up working with groups by spending time alone and listening carefully to my body. It always knows what it needs.
My favourite type of yoga is restorative. Slow, quiet and replenishing.
Meditation is sometimes challenging but always revealing and rewarding.

My greatest fear is fear of missing out... FOMO!
My motivational tip is breath into your belly and come back to your centre. It’s only place from which to live, grow and be inspired by.
I don’t like talking about sad things particular sad animal and children stories.
If I wasn't me I’d like to be super-hero who could fly. I’m always having dreams about flying.

At the moment I’m reading The Art of Purring written by David Minchie on behalf of the Dalai Lama’s Cat.
I often wonder what it would be like to talk to mother nature and hear her wisdom more clearly...
